Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Issuedbitter Heating & Air wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use issuedbitter.property. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the website usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used set of standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the website is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@issuedbitter.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your comments on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@issuedbitter.property and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the website, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
