How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Issuedbitter Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Issuedbitter Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If the trouble is with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Issuedbitter Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@issuedbitter.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
